Mangere Wastewater Treatment Plant

Our team were recruited to work in the project team to develop projects from business case, delivering the upgrade works, the commissioning and handover .

These projects included:

NZ$6 million upgrade to the plants centrifuges and biosolids handling systems
Construction of a new digester, acting as the Engineers Representative
Biosolids landfill operations including development of closure plans to satisfy resource consent requirements
Coastal foreshore landscaping, public open space upgrades and long term maintenance
A programme of minor mechanical and electrical upgrade/renewal works
Installation and production of a 100T/day biosolids drying facility as a 12 month trial
Biosolids field trials
