Tony Morley - Director
Tony is a chartered mechanical engineer with 30 years’ professional and trade experience delivering design and construction projects.
Tony started his engineering career as a pipework engineer working on large oil & gas, chemical, food processing and pipeline construction projects. Tony has 17 years’ post-graduate experience in design and project management roles delivering major water and wastewater projects. His experience encompasses feasibility studies, design development, procurement, construction and commissioning in both client and consultant organisations.
Tony’s technical specialisation is in the design of water and wastewater treatment systems, pumping stations and pipelines. His more recent experience includes project management and construction contract management.
Deborah Morley - Director
Deborah is a skilled project leader, with a track record of successfully delivering complex infrastructure projects over her 20-year career. Deborah's experience spans the whole project life cycle; from strategic assessment, business cases development, through to construction and handover.
Deborah has delivered infrastructure works spanning the full range of scale and complexity. Her experience has been gained initially as a project manager, followed by various leadership roles. Projects have included landfill sites, three waters conveyance and treatment systems, streetscaping, landscaping, marina's, power stations, roads, bus and ferry facilities. She also has experience in policy development, environmental assessment, strategic and asset planning.
